We have a new article from Mike Casto called Proper Relaxation: A Diamond in the Rough (http://www.martialartsplanet.com/magazine/articles/diamondrough.htm) and we have three poems from Kinjiro Tsukasa, Warrior Spirit Risen from Ashes (http://www.martialartsplanet.com/magazine/poetry/warriorspiritashes.htm), Our Path (http://www.martialartsplanet.com/magazine/poetry/ourpath.htm) and If You Were a Man (http://www.martialartsplanet.com/magazine/poetry/ifuwereaman.htm). My thanks to them both for submitting such fine work.

Great article on relaxation; something I need to learn to do. Little glitch in the poems; quotation marks have been replaced by little boxes, or is that just my PC?

I did wonder about that Kinjiro but I didn't want to change it incase you had intended it to be boxes think it looks rather nice with them though :D

Cooler, those were supposed to be quotation marks, but I don't want to put you out; I won't get bent out of shape if they stay as little boxes! ;)

... and Mike great article on RELAXATION ... I am printing it out for a fellow student... to always be told to relax is one thing... to know "why" is another.

Just to let you know that the thread "My opinion on TKD" that was in the General Topics section has been moved to the TKD section since it is talking about TKD
