does anyone know of any ma books that can make you puch n attack faster? i was watching this bruce lee clip and some other clips about speed hitting this guy was so fast he punched this guy in the face it was like lighting less then a split second super quick. if anyone know of any books that would be helpful in my quest of becoming the worlds best of the best super battle warrior in the art of Ninjutsu :)
