I think it could be that people just simply want to talk about MA's, where as on chat it's usually other stuff. I like to go in Chat however I'm usually on the computers in school and they have blocked/filtered Chat so I only use it when I'm at home but even then I'm not online all the time.

Well I would disagree as there always talking about different stuff when I'm there. Maybe you just go on at the wrong time and if why don't you bring up a topic at least that way it would be different from your usuall.
