WHAT:
Throws and Ground Fighting of Russian Judo & Sambo
DAY 1: Armlocks, Leglocks, Chokes, Escapes, Transitions applicable for Judo, Sambo, BJJ, Submission grappling, etc.
* DAY 1 training will require a GI or Kurtka for most of the seminar *
DAY 2: Punching, Kicking, Knee Strikes, Armlocks, Leglocks, Chokes, Escapes, Transitions applicable for MMA/NHB, Combat Sambo, Sanda, and Self Defense.
* DAY 2 training will be mostly NO-GI *
COST:
$ 55/day or $85/2 days pre-registration(by Nov 1st), $70/day or $95/ 2days after Nov 1st
Space is limited to first 20 paying attendants.

PREREQUISITES:
A Kurtka or Gi must be worn. 6 months grappling experience,
and **ability to break fall from throws is a must!**
