We have two new articles both of which come from Deb Russell or KickChick as she is known on this site. The first is Martial Art Train Without Pain (http://www.martialartsplanet.com/magazine/articles/matrainwthoutpain1.htm) and the second is Dragons! As soon as i saw the "dragons" article i was like MOG this is great. You did a great job and i love what you have in there. I wrote something like this one time long ago, but your out did mine. If you dont mind, im going to put a link to this story on my site.
BTW, me doin TKD and my tat being a dragon, i was rights when i made it. TKD Korean, My tat=dragon w/ 4 toes.

Good articles, especially the "train without pain" one, although sometimes I tend to be that person who says "Screw warm-ups, let's just go!"
