I saw this on some tv show awhile back. They said that people who play games like Counter-Strike and Halo(first-person shooters) get more aware of thier surroundings in real life. I think it was some big time college here did a test on it somehow to show that it was true. I just thought it was cool and that I would share with everybody.

Well, I've been playing Star-Wars Knights of the Old Republic constantly, but so far my jedi mind tricks only work on white belts... and then only once...
me:"you don't want to hit me with that club"
w.b "I don't?"
me:"give me the club"
w.b... gives me the club
Sensei:"why did you give him that club, you were supposed to hit him with it"
w.b "I don't know, he told me to"

That is nonsense. if anything, videogames make you totally oblivious of your surroundings and can make you walk around in your own little world for over an hour after you've been immersed in a game. Remember kids: Videogames are bad for the brain and will also completely destroy your social life and chances of landing girls.

it just proves that some techniques that work in the dojo will not work on the street ROFL!!!
And Adam is right, even if his Avatar comes from one of my favorite games of all time!
