As the title says, I would appreciate if you guys could give me some suggestions here.. Thanks in advance :) I want to purchase Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning (which I assume it's a book) and would like to ask if his programs really work. Kind a embarrass to say, but I have been kind a lazy for the past few months and I have some fat around the waist LOL~ And apart from his programs, are there any other simliar programs like his that you guys could recommened? Apart from wanting to lose some fat, I would like to also at the same time increase my stamina and increase some strength, not to mention being healthy at the same time as well. So I'm looking for a all-in-one-go type of deal which I believe Combat Conditioning has to offer....
I've tried to e-mail Furey to ask for some questions, but so far did not get an actual reply from him yet... Not much of an assurance there, but still waiting... if you guys have any suggestions, please give me some insight here, thanks again.
Finally, a bit off topic but I recently purchased a book called Gold Medal Mental Workout (http://www.stadion.com/gif/covers/gold-lg.jpg) and was wondering if any of you have tried it before?
