In the proliferation of the sueing culture yes, for the fact that by their design the sunglasses could have caused untold damage to your bum. And that they are no longer able to perform the function that they were sold to perform.

I also like cheese, and being flirted at (although it rarely happens, dang it. I don't even practice karate).
For pgm316, American cheese is a mild, milky cheese made into a rectangular loaf. and then sliced. It's usually orange, but where I live, it's white. It's like the little girl with the little curl in the middle of her forehead -- when it's good, it's very, very good; when it's bad, it's horrid. It has great melting properties, making it ideal for cheeseburgers or grilled cheese sandwiches.
My favorite cheeses are blue cheese; I also really like double Gloucester (which has to be imported from England; I don't think they make it here).

It sounds like we have the same processed cheese; of course, you wouldn't be calling it "American cheese" in the UK! ;)

Sorry, I like KickChick's new avartar. Better? I hope you're happy. I am being very good and writing a post using no bad internet habits. For your information, I had to unlearn my good habits when talking to my friends over MSN, because it was too slow. It wasn't easy, but now they're habits too. I do have a very good grasp of grammar. I like correcting people's grammar :D, on assignments etc
I also like people who can spell, grr! :D

Oops, I use spell check in Word for that, you can't expect me to actually be able to spell by myself? Come on Bon, this is the internet, and I'm a lazy student who has enough of that in English an on assignments. I'll relax and use easy internet language because that's what I "like" doing on the internet.
