What happened to the usual Enya background music? ;)

Looks like good stuff. I've finally got around to trying Systema out myself. Only had a couple of lessons but I like how things are practised fairly slowly and how emphasis is placed on finding out how to react and counter things for yourself, rather than having techniques drilled into you.

i managed to train with Mikhail last weekend.

Although not a systema student it was certainly good to see such a spiritually aware master ... his knowledge of mind and freedom from it is very high level.
