Just took my 1st CHKD Class

I just took my first Combat Hapkido class. Man my legs are gonna be sore tomorrow from learning how to fall! It was a really informative class, I believe I will be joining up (as soon as softball is over)

i couldnt walk for a week after my first hapkido lesson.

I dunno what's wrong with you guys, my first hapkido class all I had to do was walk a straight line... :D
