can anyone reccomend what i should use to clean and oil my katana?

Use To Ken De , it works really well for cleaning swords...

Or just go to an MA store and buy sword cleaning supplies...

Baby oil i heard works because the oil that is used to clean Katana is a mineral oil.
Or WD-40 and a rag or any light machine oil will work.

but thats acidic and will corrode metal

It will clean off all the crud and blood then buff and oil and buff.

Yes but it will do that just as much as a proper cleaning oil except the oil isn't corrosive.
