Has any one been keeping up with that new martial arts magazine called Art of the Warrior, KJN Marlin Sims is a regular columist in this midwest publication. It is pretty good. I saw SBN Bill page from ALA in there, and Kuk Sa Nym was in ther 2 years ago and retired Chief Master In Sun Suh. They have a lot of information on kuk sool training in there. I can't wait for the next issue to see if KJN Sims says anything about his break up from Kuk Sool! They have a website!

I scanned in the article so you guys can get a view of this last issue of the magazine that Master Sims was in. Master Sims is writing a series on training the body. He has already covered the ankle, knee, and hips. Now he is on the shoulderf Next I would assume will be the forearm or hand! All of the articles are pretty good! They have really helped my training out!
