I've had that site bookmarked for years - I have some of his video's too.

VERY good stuff - made me question a lot of the so-called "martial arts" I practice & had an influence in the direction my studies have taken me over the last 6 or 7 years.

If self protection (don't like the term "defence") is your goal then this website can't fail to do you good.

Yup. I've met and worked with Marc a couple of times and talked to him on a discussion forum for years. I've seen one of his videos and read a couple of his books.

When it comes to what works in reality ... he knows what he's talking about.
