Nice yoda. Those barbell military press are kinda hard.
Yoda you have barbell exercises that work the traps(trapezius)??

Grifter try looking at the same website but go down to the bottom and click on “exercise & muscle lists”. Then look for trapezius in the right coulomb.

ALL i have to say is that make sure you dont go overboard. near the middle this year i pulled my trapezius and i was lookin like a flippin zombie/caveman for a week.

True - trap tears or one of the worst injuries I've seen in the gym.
ANY shoulder exercise that lifts your elbows above shoulder level works your traps - the deltoids work the shoulder joint (humerous to scapular junction at the glenoid cavity) - the traps work the elevation & depression of the shoulder girdle - the whole clavical / scapular unit.
If you wish to isolate (shudder) the traps with a barbel then do shrugs with the bar held behind you - cup the bar with your palms facing backwards.
