hello. i have injured my wrist (about 3 and a half weeks ago) and its still as painfull as it was when i first injured it, i did still try doing weight training but i had to stop any routines that put pressure on my wrist, no i havnt been to the quaks either do u think it would be a good idea? its probably not serious enough to go and have it checked out. what can i do to excersise my bicep muscles without putting pressure on my wrist?

if you are still in pain after 3 weeks then it is very much serious enough to go and see the doctor.

There isn't anything doctors can do if it is a sprain. You could use some sort of anti-inflamatory and get a wrist support, the ones that keep your wrist totaly imobile with the metal plate are good.

I think i can help you out with this.
I broke my wrist snowboarding two years ago and after it healed they gave me some excersizes to do to increase its flexiobility.
1.hold your arm with your palm forward then push your palm back
2.put your arm on your knee as if you are going to do some forearm excersizes with your palm up and twist it outwards
3.hold your arm with your palm facing down and push it downwards
hold them each for 10 seconds and try to do it as much as you can
