Hi everyone! I am new here and I was wondering what kind of foods everyone eats to keep themselves active during the day.
Is it more differing on age and metabolism, or should a fully balanced diet be practiced for best performance during the day?
Thank you very much for your time everyone.

smallish, frequent. Core of protein added to 4 times as much carb (usually) with vitamminy surrounds, 4-5 times a day.

Are these easy to find at healthfood stores? I don' think that I would have enough many to buy any large amounts of anything healthful from stores.
Protien enriched foods are usually expensive, right? Especially if you buy daily servings of them. Can anyone help me with gaining weight and keeping it? It just seems that no matter how much I eat, it all gets burned and I still can't gain any weight at all.
Thank you for your information.

It's just a description of a typical meal in the knight errant home. If you're losing a LOT of weight, then you need to eat more. You're cute, thanking us all the time. Keep it up!

Are burgers good to eat to gain weight? If you are active should I say. I thinking fast food from restaurants over soy products. It just tastes better to me. I guess if you replace fat with muscle, you gain more weight.
Thank you for sharing your ideas.

Okay, I'd stick to health over potential obesity anytime. Thanks for the tip. :)
Are nuts the most nutrient-dense foods available? I had always heard that almonds and cashews are some of the best types for you, as far as keeping your body more alkalized.
Does anyone know for sure what types are the best for you?

Eggs are the most complete protein available. The yolks contain a lot of cholesterol though. What a lot of people do is just eat the egg whites.

Egg whites. Okay, I'll try that. Would you go boiled, scrambled, or fried eggs?
Thanks, much appreciated.

Scrambled.
Be warned though, egg white's aren't nice to eat.
Turkey has more protein than chicken as meats go, and tuna is protein packed too.

Thank you very much for you suggestions.
Are there many Oriental foods that are high in protien/amino acids that could be recommended?

Personally, I like Sushi. I have heard eel is good stamana food. Course, it is a bit expensive to eat everyday.
Just my 2 cents,
