Hi MAPers,

everyone here should like martial arts (or at least i hope so) but what other sports does everyone like. and what teams do you follow there could be a chance for some petty name calling :D

I personally like

Football (thats soccer to the people who don't know better LOL)
Rugby
Hockey
in fact pretty much everything.

i support Rangers, Melrose, and the Detroit Red Wings for starters i actually support about 5 different football teams but i actually go and watch Rangers/

So what about you guys/gals

Hmm i like..
American Football(beats your football any day White Wizard.LOL. I have a feeling a lot of people wont agree with that.)
I also watch Hockey. Rugby is cool but not to popular in the US. so i cant really follow it. So pretty much i just like football and hockey.
Favorite american football team is the 49ers and hockey team is the Colorado Avalanche.

American football is rugby with wussy padding and helmets :D

I like rugby and football, but I'm not overly fussed. I support Cardiff City in football, and Caerphilly in rugby. (who else :D) Being Welsh, supporting rugby is drilled into you from birth, you don't have a choice :D

Hmm, I am good at only badminton and a little bit at tennis, however I am not exactly a big fan of cricket which sorta makes me the odd guy in here ;)

yeah that would Cain not into burning down your own stadium when you loose eh? boo the avalanche they are evil :). and being from the west of Scotland its not as usual to like rugby as on the east coast but there are pleny of us about. American football has one significant gain over rugby being cheerleaders :D.

Hope the gers get into the champions league this year they bring the cheerleaders in for that LOL.

As far as participation... I love to play basketball, softball and tennis.
My favorite spectator sport is by far football (Go New York Giants! #80!!), followed by New York Yankees (Jeter!!!) and then college girls basketball the Connecticut Huskies!!! (at least my state rulez in that!!)

I absolutely detest :woo: GOLF!!! (although I'm very good at mini-golf :D

I love most sports, especially football

For fitba its gotta be the Teddy Bears, Scotland and my local team Dumbarton (but not necessarily in that order).

Rugby (yep K-girl is right, it is instilled in to us before birth even)
Baseball (Welsh baseball - not that American trash)
basketball


I hate cricket - you know that English game that even the welsh play better.;)
