There's not really going to be a "quick" way I'm afraid. Have you seen a doctor about this?

You need to make it heal properly so there's less chance of that occuring again. Rest it, don't do anything that aggrevates it, and ice the affected area for 20 minutes twice a day. Some sort of heat rub or dit ja jow may help if its painful too, but check with your doctor/physio before putting anything on it.

if it is not the first day, stop applying heat. Start applying ice to reduce swelling. If your stomach can handle it, take some ib profen with food to reduce swelling.

If you have quick access to dit da jow, it can help reduce pain, reduce bruising and reduce the time to heal. However you probably have no access to dit da jow medicine.

I would honestly see your doctor if your in severe pain after a few days. If it is a serious injury it may be torn and not pulled! there is no quick fix or long fix for this other then surgery, miracles or option C.

option C can be to live with it, in pain for the rest of your life. this means your muscle will stay torn and never be able to fully function again. however your other muscles will have to grow in streanght to make up for it, and leave you rather upset.

Funny you should mention that...I recently made up a batch of jow specifically for tendon issues for a customer, who has had very good success with it. I still have some left...

That part of your body will be difficult to heal, and while dit da jow will help, you must be careful with it while it heals as well as afterwards...You dont want a recurring injury in that part of your body.
