Hello,

This website (http://tcm.health-info.org/prevention/Prevention.htm) will provide you with the necessary info to avoid/treat sickness and/or disease according to the constant fluctuation of Yin & Yang during the four seasons (and time of the day) of the year.

For instance, it would be negligent if you consume ice-cream (yin food) at night time (yin is dominant between 6 p.m. and 12 p.m.) or have sizzling mongolian lamb from 8-12 a.m. in the middle of summer (yang dominant).

Overtime this kind of behaviours will damage the internal organs and the symptoms can be seen through a variety of forms, i.e. spleen deficiency - shows as lack of appetite; fullness of stomach; fatigue; swollen face; tongue status: very light colour or white; tongue coating: thin; pulse: hollow.

Anyway visit a TCM practitioner/Chinese herbalist if you are not sure what is wrong with you.
