I know some of the basic kicks in HKD, but what are there any jumping kicks?

Yes. Lots of 'em in Ji-line hapkido.

There is alot more of jumping kicks in HKD than one may think. There is ton's, as soon as you get to higher level's you will have the chance to do them. Starting off you probably will do little to none, but as you advance you will do alot. There's so many nomatter what branch of Hapkido you take you will probably do them. By the way excellent question :cool:

Wow, I didn't know that. I thought it was all low kicks.

Depends on which line you're in. Like someone stated above the Ji branch off has a lot of jump kicks and the Bong Soo Han DVD's show a lot of them as well. If you study the "pure" line of Choi then you'll only learn a few kicks and most below waist level.
Combat Hapkido has that philosophy. All kicks are waist level and below. We also incorporate Muay Thai, and Savate style kicks as well but again all kicks below waist level.

Exactly MaxG every style has their own level and intesnsity of high kicks
