Since I include stretching and doing my patterns training then about 4-5 times a week.

But I skip every night and do bodyweight exercises one on one off at the mo!

P.s. I mean skip as in skipping not as in cut class!

p.p.s. skipping rocks and doesn't knacker your knees!!!

I average about 2-3 Tae Kwon do classes a week ... and 3 kickboxing classes a week, .... I try and run every other day along with weightlifting/ab work and stretch 5 days a week....

So on an average I am voting for 4 days a week.

I train everyday. Sometimes it class, sometimes it's on my own. I exercise every day, except Saturday, in some way shape or form. If I'm not practicing kihon happo, then I'm practicing hanbo or correct striking techniques. If I have a partner then I do randori or one-step or awareness. If I'm alone, I'll practice balance walking or silent walking. If I'm at the mall, I practice ukemi by intentionally going into crowds and try to avoid bumping into and being bumped into, or directing my intent on someone to see if I can get them to turn around. Training of some kind should occur everyday, every hour. Life is a dojo.

I train everyday...I do tai chi every morning when I wake up, go to a class 6 times a week and I spar with family members/friends frequently, and I work out 3 times a week. The rest of my time is spent on here or on sleeping or watching TV.

Depends. I lift three times a week, but I hit my bag shadow box, kata and so on 4-5 times a week

My dojo only has classes 3 times a week. I usually make it to every class so that about adds up around 5 hours (I think). I exersise a lot at home too. :)

Even though this is becoming a pissing contest:

I have class 4 times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat)
and cardio/weights (tues, thurs, sun)

I wish I had as much time to train as some of you. I guess the only solution is to become independantly wealthy and not have to work :)

Two, two-hour classes a week and one three-hour class, plus a few minutes here and there where I can fit them in. Would like to do more, but unfortunately uni stuff keeps getting in the way.

I'm in the habit of training one hour in the morning and one hour before bed... except on the days I teach. When I teach I train three times a day... morning, evening and 2 hours during the day.

Not a brag...
just see it as a minimum for what I NEED to reach my dreams.

well... three times a week i'm at the club and teach different groups. the rest of the time i train myself with(out) a friend of mine (depending on what kind of training i have in mind), i go jogging, cycling. i also go to the fitness center to work out. sometimes i join an aerobics class or taebo class. i stretch at least 5 times a week.
