I feel extremely fortunate to be able to study with the school that I do. All of the BB's and the family that run the main school just enjoy teaching the arts to their students. The students in turn enjoy teaching as well. All the positivity seems to spread to everyone involved and it just a great learning environment. Its often difficult to properly do techniques or remember a new hyung but they all have patience and have no problem pointing out (politely) what you need to work on. Lots of positive reinforcement. I just feel comfortable and its almost effortless to learn on my part. My instructors goal is to train us to his level just so we can share the knowledge. It may sound cheesy but I think its great. I think my point with this thread is to see if others have a similar training philosophy either student or master. Train hard, Scott

I feel that your enviorment that your trainign in is one of the best. It's the best when your around family and friend's. When your around people you don't know it's very uncomfortable at first and that's kind of discouraging. But that situation is excellent. That right there would motivateme enough to train. What motivate's me most is my future dream in the world of martial art's. Which is to own my own dojang later on in life and to teach other's.
