What are some good MA styles that teach mainly grappling and throws? And also any styles that will help if you get taken to the ground. THANKS

Submission fighting/ shoot fighting is good too because you'll also be taught how to integrate those skills with standing striking.

Aikido is a throwing art.
The various silat systems contain a lot of takedowns and include a lot of defenses (and attacks) from crouching and sitting positions.

Kajukenbo includes them as part of the curriculum as well.

BJJ is great for groundfighting, but a few schools I've been to have lacked in takedowns.
Judo is great for takedowns, just make sure to find a school that focuses also on ne-waza, or groundfighting.
Shootfighting is a great art, and also a superb sport, but I have no schools in my area and they seem to be rather scarce! Some schools sell themselves as "vale-tudo" or "No-holds-barred" and they essentially teach a mixture os striking, takedowns, and wrestling.
It's hard to beat regular old wrestling (yes, the kind you did in high school) for it's takedowns and balance training. It's cheap too!
A lot of people overlook Sambo, or Cambo, or Sombo...all words for the same thing, a Russian grappling art/sport that teaches kicks, punches, takedowns, and submission grappling. AWESOME LEGLOCKS!
