Double foot kicks?

I was watching some WWF wrestling the other day on late night TV, and I saw this ridiculously overpumped dude do a flying kick WITH BOTH FEET to the other guys chest and land on his side on the floor. Is this silly move used in ANY martial art?

M. Nakayama in 'best karate':
"Tobi-geri jump kick
There are several variations of this powerful technique of kicking from the top of a high jump.
Kicking with the rear leg.
Springing upward with th rear leg and kicking with the front leg
combination front kick: making a short sharp kick to the middle level with one leg, then immediately follow with a big kick to the upper level. This is called nidan geri(two level kick)"

Vo and other Vietnamese Martial Arts have a lot of these double kicking techniques.

Like running double kicks and the like. They also do these very 'impressive looking' (Note speech marks) double leg flying strangles/ takedowns.

Run-up jump take the neck, spin the other guy into the floor....
