I came across this artical and thought i'd throw it open to any interested parties. Just interested in other peoples thoughts there are 3 pages to the artical on kickboxing however the second page shows a woman standing with a traditional karate gaurd???? very strange It comes across to me like they are describing kickboxersize but passing it of as kickboxing, anyway heres the link.

Looks more like the kickboxing turned aerobic exercise crap that I'm seeing everywhere now.

God, why can't they call it something different? Kick-aerobics or something?

I could pick holes in that all night. Don't like it one bit
