I was 16 years old and did an exibition match against a young lad from another club. I was bricking it big time in all honesty!!!!

I won in the 1st round 1.28 by KO and 3rd knockdown.

I knocked him down twice and on the 3rd one he was out cold, to be honest it was a total miss match and the guy was not ready for the ring (to my relief!).

I have faught in BJJ and Sombo as well with wins in both and a Silver medal in Sombo.

Yes i have, LOTS of times.

I started at age 16 and averaged about 10 fights per year. My first year I won 6 of 10 fights, 4 by TKO

second year (2001) = 12 fights won 8 (7 by TKO), lost 4
third year (2002) = 8 fights won 5 (2 by TKO) lost 3
fourth year (2003) = 14 fights won 12 (6 by TKO) lost 2
fifth year (2004) = 6 fights won 5 (all by TKO) lost 1
sixth year(2005) = 4 fights so far, won all 4 3 by TKO

I began teaching kickboxing in 2004 so I didn't have as many fights as in years before.
