It sounds very boring, these constant high repetition aren't the way to go, there more aerobic than anything. You've probably loose weight, and motivation very fast!
Do different stuff each day, workout muscles then rest, use weights........

Yea instead of doing so many reps try adding weight and do more sets. How your going you will just lose weight and tone your muscle rather than build it.
Just wondering do you know how many pounds 10kg is??

I'm gonna say less reps more weight also, instead of doing 100 situps do 20 and hold them for longer and then do them to the sides as well. Also, instead of doing both regular and knuckle pushups do different types like wider and also narrower. then do some chinese pushups. make sure you are getting a full range of motion and rather than going for number go for form and make sure you don't rush, It will pay off in the long run.

Gohan,
Sorry to be a nag but, you are 14 yrs old, you should not be doing Knuckle Push Ups.
Your bones are not yet fully formed and it is possible to damage them, this could lead to problems like arthritis at a later age.
Any sensible Martial Arts Instructors would tell you this...
Wait till you are a bit older, please....

Sokklab is right. Can I make some suggestions?
If you can do 60 regular pushups, why not spice it up with some variations (Kickchick has already posted a wide variety of these)
Try lowering the number of crunches you do and holding the contraction for a few seconds.
Do any cardio?

Looking at your training workout I concur with the rest of the posters but have further questions for you.
Like.... what are your goals, what are you trying to achieve in doing these exercises? For example, do you wish to reduce bodyfat or add mass? Do you wish to remain the same size but gain strength? So you see, your training style and method should be tailored to achieving these results.
In order to attain the desired results from any workout you must understand what you are doing, why you are doing it and what results you expect to get from doing what you are doing..... understand??
... and what days do you rest??... you do know that is important?
And you may have done some form of cardio but are not aware of it.... suggest you do incorporate some type of cardio into your training (helps your endurance for sparring). Running/jogging/sprinting/cycling, even jump rope! ... really any form of sustained effort that gets the heart a pumping.

And i do rest sometimes friday, saturday but sunday i always rest....
And im kinda big for my age already....(189 cm , 87kg)

Interesting point: does lifting weights have a cardio effect as well? it is, after all, only another exercise.

There is a form of cardio/bodyweight exercises that alot of MMA do called "roadwork" (http://www.testosterone.net/nation_articles/244high.jsp)
I was able to find this link for you. I remember seeing this elsewhere ...
I personally like this program because you are able to get your cardio in and increase muscle/strength.

Roadwork's very nice, only it's sorta emarassing when people walk past and see you lying grunting on the ground, so I've stopped doing them.

It's a good thing I have no shame... I've now got it sorted out. I run round this 1k circuit starting at my house, so I can use my bar, mat, etc. for the work phase.
