I would definitely recommend this book to any martial
artist.
This book is a collection of Zen principles which can be applied to daily life, but are especially useful for the martial artist. It contains Joe Hyams wisdom gained from 25 years of experience of training in various martial arts, the many problems he faced both philosophical and physical, and training with many different teachers including Bruce Lee and Ed Parker.
I have found this to an incredibly inspirational piece, and no doubt one that I will refer to for the rest of my life.
Check it out, you wont regret it!

Cheers, I will. Have you read Kodo: Ancient Ways by Kensho Furuya? That's a goodie too.

Read that years ago and cannot remember it might be a good idea to drag it out of the book case.

I read this book about a year ago; it's definitely one of those books you will come back too time and time again. An excellent read, and very cheap as well! (only £4.13 on amazon.co.uk (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/0553275593/qid=1118348341/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/202-2963314-7897461))

A fellow student gave me this book last friday.
I've already read it twice. Excellent book!
