I wanted to know if it is proper to
wear any head or wrist bands in Taekwondo

they are not braclets and it is totally
harmless when you are fighting somone.

Everyone uses them to play Tennis, baseball
basketball soccer or even kick boxibg.

so for those that wear a sleve uniform
i don't really see nothing wrong with that.

but what about when you are at a tournament?

is it proper to have or not have?

On a related point is it really ok to wear Lycra? I've seen some strange things recently.

LMAO @ Higgs :D

I remember years ago we had a guy came to training, and lord knows where he found it, but he had a head band with 'KUNG FU' emblazoned across the front. Makes me blush just thinking about it.

Lycra should only be worn by those who don't care anymore. :D

Depends really. I know most people will laugh at me if i wear one, but i do it anyway, because i want to. Me and my mates find it funny, even "cool", so thats good enough for me.
