High Horsers?

How do you people deal with religious High Horsers cos I know this christian lass and like so many people from her church youth act as though everyone else is dirt and so on and that they are so special which puts people off church.

Its just so annoying because you try to have a reasonable conversation with them but anytime you mention something they don't agree with they instantly act as though they are so special and you are the one thats wrong when you might not be.

How do you deal with implacid people like this?

Let God sort them out, if they are so ignorant that they don’t realize their religion is about tolerance, understanding and humbleness, not blind faith and ignorance, and they go around 'high horsing', then according to their own religion they are sinners and will go to hell.

Just avoid them, they mean well but don't know how strong they come on sometimes.

I ignore them, plain and simple. If I can't ignore them by force of will alone, I walk away.

They have the best of intentions, want you to share their joy in faith, and to be saved alongside them.

well, the way you make them listen to you or your viewpoints is be more knowledgeable than them at what it is. If its the Bible than use a verse to show them why they shouldnt act as they do. Otherwise dont play that game. Just let them tire themselves out with their mouth...
