I would like to know if training goes better with heavy clothes and what would improve more while training with the heavy clothes on....? (and i mean really heavy clothes)

There are some advantages to training with bulky clothes if you live in a climate where you have to wear them sometimes.

But training with "heavy" clothes (i.e.: like with a weighted vest or something) shouldn't be done all the time. Your body will get used to moving and balancing that which, in turn, may throw your balance and movements off when you're not weighted down (like in a real fight). To do it on occasion as a method of strength training is probably not a bad idea, but I wouldn't recommend doing it all the time.

Thats one large and seizure inducing sig there gohan.

Basically the answer as pesillat said is that heavy clothing or body weights (wrist and ankles etc...) have there palce but can throw you off when you train or fight without them.
So yeah unlike in dragon ball (I think its reasonable to assume you watch the show...) it is not a great idea to walk around all the time with weighted boots and shirts.

You would be better off starting up a weight training program.

hey gphan dont worry dude im going to try it just like goku and ill tell u if it works out all u got to do i think is train with the clothing on train like goku u know like learn to move like u use to with out the clothing on and when u can do that try to move fast then before but without the right training u wont be able to do it so dont try it unless u have someone with u helping u and make sure they know about that type of training also i almost for got u have to have training before u start with that or this type of training so before u do that make sure your body is ready for it cuz if its not ur body will shut down in a way cuz of the sudden wight on it make sure u know all the risks that come with this type of training like for ex: once half way into it u cant go back your bady will need it all the time thats if u want to stay in shape and so u wont look like a bag of skin thats all i have to say for now so if any of u othere guys would like to add to this then fill free!!!!! :woo: :Alien: :D :woo:

Sounds like your looking for a tough workout. You might try punching a few ",.?;" from time to time & not limiting yourself to "! & :":)

well its not that i want it to its just that i think the more fit you are the longer you live and well i do want to live a lil bit longer wouldnt u see what happens after your wife or family dies to see your great grand kids or the world change around u i dont fight, fighting is a last resort and i will only use to deffend myself i cant stand to fight i jsut want to be ready for what ever comes my way and also i like dbz as u can see a lil part of me wants to be one of the few that can deffend humans if needed to right hehehehe
