Bristol was as close as I got to Wales. Couldn't bear the thought of doing without electricity and public roads.

Which bit of South Wales are you going to Freefrom? Scotland to Wales is a long way to go for a seminar!

Not actually sure, I'm trusting my Aikido Instructor not to take me off on a wild goose chase. Its a 4 day affair with people comming from all over the world so its well worth it. Theres limited places and I'm only getting to go because some people couldn't get visas, or something like that.

Thanx

From what our glorious, if somewhat small, leader has told us (which isn't much) it will be in Skenrith (apologise for the spelling) which he says is in North Wales. Freeform will be fine. He's got me, FluffyDoc & Tintin there to keep him occupied on the trip down! I'm afraid that you are going to have to share the sheep though as Tintin is from Aberdeen!

Kyokushin_girl, I have had the pleasure of being in Cardiff on a couple of occassions...all of them rugby related....and have had a thoroughly good time!!!! Half of my family are Welsh as well, so I suppose I'm biased. Drank silly amounts of Brains SA (Skull Attack was what my friends used to call it!).

I do heaps of training in Heroford which is as near as I get to Wales. Alot of the top guys in my association are ex-SAS so there are loads of courses there. Great for me (4 hours there 4-6 hours training 4 hours back).

Is there anyone here who has ever gone to the kickboxing club in Carmarthen? I'm seriously thinking of checking the place out.

Didn't know there was a kickboxing club in Carmarthen. Do you have a tel no, or training times for it?
