Hi Guys, I forgot to say that this year all proceeds will be going to Meningitis Research.

The Aiki Jutsu is being taken by Douglas Aitken, 2nd Dan.

The Tai Jitsu is now being taken by my Instructor Brian Wildish MBE, 4th Dan :) So you can all see me getting beaten up by someone other than Hig :D

We raised £120 for the Meningitis Research Foundation and had a good time doing it! :)

Yeah this years X-Training was pretty good. Learned lots of interesting stuff, inlcluding how to beat someone up using a key ring

I got some pictures of the event, im sure i could be convinced to display them if asked nicely :D

Thanks for all the time freeform puts into this event every year, and to everyone who took part in helping to raise the money for a good cause.
