So, kickboxers, what aspect of training do you hate the most?
I've listed all the main forms of training that I can think of - just tick the box of the one you hate the most. I'd like it to be solely kickboxers/freestylers who answer this, so please no TKDers etc (nothing against you, just want to know what kickboxers prefer). Light|Full|Semi - not bothered.
If you have time, please state which of the above you do (Semi|Light|Full), and why you hate the option you have chosen.
Should be fun :Alien:
My result: To be honest, bagwork has never really inspired me. I love speedballs (floor to ceiling or platform), but heavy bags do nothing for me. I could hit pads all day, but the thought of hitting a big, swinging, useless lump of rags and sand bores me :bang: My favourite happens to be skipping, though :)
I train in continuous and full kickboxing - both American rules with kicks above the waist only. I compete regularly in continuous tournaments, and had some success, but have eased off a while on the full training whilst I have my exams. Hopefully then I shall join that circuit too :)
