new weezer album- opinions

who has heard this? what do you think? i'm pretty dissapointed, not only have they not moved on musically; they have weakened, the sentiments are lame and the songs are repetitive.

Its no blue or green album but I certainly prefer it to Maladroit.
Its not as bouncy - no - but I'm really getting to like some of the tracks. Especially 2 and 7.

Chill boy I was just making a point that, for ATHLETES like myself and just about everyone else on this forum, Linkin Park gets you amped so much more than Weezer. But, come on, Weezer. What a non-heterosexual name. I looked on Limewire for Weezer songs, and some cute names that caught my eye were 'Butterfly', 'Love Explosion', and 'Falling For You.' Wow, I can see how you get pumped up listening to something called 'Butterfly.'

But they are still a good band. Linkin Park is actually music. Not just a bunch of retards plucking strings on guitars they found and trying to yell into a microphone. Not only do they yell, they try to do it in a totally fake demonic voice that makes them seem oh so powerful. It sounds like they all have to take a power-crap because, by the sound of their voice, they're singing constupated.

Like someone saying "gay" to try and sound cool? "weenusbandit" sounds more gay than "weezer". There called weezer cos the dude had a wheeze. What's the first thing that comes to mind when someone hears "weenus" and "bandit"...............
