Express your concerns and the steps you personally take in preparing your home as a safe haven!

Firearms, alarms, dogs, and many more in depth measures are not so uncommon, yet to some they may be...so what is your preperation and methodology?

A dog who barks at her own shadow mostly. Neighbors on both sides armed to the teeth just waiting for a burglar to break in.

I have an Akita who advertises her presence to anyone she does not appreciate on her block. Even the FedEx guy will knock on the door and run out to the sidewalk. The dog was not trained to be a guard dog, it's just like an inherent ability.

I live in a block of flats where at the moment we have a drug dealer living upstairs. We know that he has a baseball bat and a few other wonderful weapons as he's also a manic depressive as well and he's not afraid to use them. He has come outside into the hallway shouting his odds with everyone but he seems to be afraid when it comes down to certain women who live downstairs lol. When all his friends come and buy the stuff ( we did catch them over the weekend doing what they do with needles and they got the fright of their life as they know better than to mess with us lol. I think it's because we are confident in sorting this lot and it's not the first time we've had to do this one already lol.
We have a collection of weapons dottered around our flats and easy to get if we need them in an emergency as we all have each others spare keys and know where they are. I won't say what we've done to them already as I might be in trouble if someone finds out lol.
