Over the past few days the BBC has asked people to weigh in on Who is the Greatest American (http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/wtwta/2959462.stm) ... Ever.

It's not over yet... What The World Thinks of America will be broadcast in the UK on BBC Two at 2100 BST on Tuesday, 17 June, 2003.
