Hi all,
We are hosting a Self Defence Federation seminar on Sunday 8th May 1000-1300 with Stuart Rider 3rd Dan SDF Instructor under Dave Turton.
The venue is:
The Cornwallis School Gymnasium
Hubbards Lane
Maidstone
Kent
ME17 4HX
The session is £15 and covers a variety of SD techniques - for more info on the SDF, see www.selfdefencefederation.co.uk
