Hello to all interested members, :D
I am planning on hosting a series of seminars with Guro Stephan Kesting in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The tentative date for the events are July 29-31/05.
Stephan Kesting's martial arts resume includes:
-Instructor designation with Dan Inosanto in Jun Fan/JKD, Filipino, and Majaphait martial arts
-Instructor in Erik Paulson's Combat Submission Wrestling system.
-Second Degree Black Belt in Kajukenbo Karate
-Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu under Marcus Soares
July 29/05
The training sessions begin with a three hour presentation of the Inosanto Filipino martial arts and Majaphait systems. The curriculum will include knife, stick and empty hand applications.
July 30-31/05
Saturday and Sunday will be focused on submission grappling applications in a no gi format. Details of the areas of concentration are still being worked on. There will be two two hour sessions on each day. Pre registrants to both days of the grappling event will be offered a grappling drills dvd authored by Guro Kesting as a bonus.
