Wowzaaaa!

Randy's looking in great shape - never seen him this lean!!!!!

Not bad for a 40 year old! There is hope!

Also interesting to note how he's come back after 2 losses, goes to show failures are the stepping stones to success and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

He trains in good company these days :D

He does lots with the SBG guys - Matt Thornton and his lads.

Early reports show he did good in last nights UFC - dominated Chuck Lidell for a win in round 3 - a boring fight from what I've read but a win's a win :D

Great fight. Randy always surprises you. He outboxed Lidell and Belfort, Defended great from his back vs. Randleman, took it to Rizzo TWICE. The man is the thinking man's fighter.

Hey guys n gals, i was wondering what your views of the UFC people are. I cant help thinking, but i get the feeling that MA is all about disipline, self defence and likewise. I feel that some people see the UFC fighters as outcasts, as they use their art in ways not originally intended (to elbow people in the head numerous times). How do you feel? I have a lot of respect for them personally, make me realise what the body is made of, and what it can go through.

As they are tough martial arts people.

The main thing is they are using these strikes as they were meant to use them in defence and attack.

I guess its no different than a Thai fight? Like a harder version of sparing as they are not picking on anyone because both have agreed to take part.

I hope this is food for thought?

AsSaSiN, cage fighters are some of the most dedicated and hardest martial artists you'll come across IMO.

Nice picture YODA, is his head blurry compared to the rest of the photo because it's going back so fast? :p

It's Chuck Lidelles moustache, its a momma. Thanks for your thoughts, helps me grasp a concept i'm not completely comfortable with (i've been d/ling a lot of fight / UFC videos lately, and some of the stuff really makes my heart sink)

Elbow people in the head!? But why would they be so horrid

:D

I just wonder why they do if they've no chance of making some cash!

They have got better as time goes buy - still its like the same as full contact stuff - you can get ko'd there and there is no money really in it.

Unless you work your way to the top - there is no easy ride though.
