Seven Stars Qigong

Hello,

I came across a link that explains this Qigong system which has its foundation in Taijiquan, Baduanjin and Wuqinxi. It combines weidan and neidan work promoting good qi circulation in the jingluo. This Qigong is recommended for both young and old people. It is similar to Bodidharma's Bone Marrow Washing:
