lol i take it you like them. i think i have there first album. they were one of the more memorable "nu" metal bands to come out of that era. i saw them at ozzest and they were pretty good live too. there is much better metal out there though matey, so stick with it and expand. if you want i can give you some recommendations having been listening to it for the best part of 11 years :D

Well they're better than Linkin Park or Slipknot so you're on the right path :D Have a look through this thread (http://www.martialartsplanet.com/forums/showthread.php?t=22268) for some more metal recommendations

Although their more heavy prog rock-ish, I HIGHLY recommend Tool

I was just about to say that every band mentioned here I absolutely despise, but then someone mentioned Tool :)
The mature thing to write would be "everyones got different tastes" and "each to their own", but my god, those bands are baaaaaaaad! - IMHO

if you like disturbed. Try Staind and Breakin Benjamin, they all have some soft songs too. Papa roach is good too. I have seen alot of bands the few listed above sound awesome live. Like making the hair on your neck stand up. The music is moving and motivating i use their music when hitting the bag or running.

Well...who am I to say what's good or bad. I just REALLY don't like their music. Ignore my comment. I was in a stupid mood anyway.

Yup, Voices was my theme tune for about 2 years  , then I discovered Rammstein. Totally frickin great, if you can get past not having a clue what the guy's singing.
I'd also reccommend 36 Crazyfists and Deftones. Oh and the Mad Capsule Markets - sort of a bit of everything, dance, drum 'n' bass, punk, metal, all in one crazy Japanese band.

They are a great band, and they sure as hell beat all this "bling bling cash money kill the cops" noise that is all over the radio.
