Hi guys I am a big fan of flying arm bars. There is a wee clip of a superb method. It isn't a true flying arm bar but still flawless. Whats your views.

Nice - although technically not a flying armbar as he didn't leave the floor - GREAT flexibility though!

And a very nice Makikomi afterwards too!

Yes exactly like that one! For that matter any of his aerial manuevers are fun to watch, whether a flying armbar, or flying leglock, etc...
