Evangelion is a work of art and the writter was a geniouse.
Dragonball series are great aswell, such funny characters with some pretty good animation for the fights.
Ranma half is funny, but i havent seen as much of it.
Marcross plus is good.
As for movies i akira, ghost in the shell and pat labour are some of the best anime i've ever seen.

Yea, SF rocks, but the Hadoko sucks a bit cause it lasts half of the time the whole anime does.
Does anyone know the stand alone complex series of Ghost in the shell?

The cartoon network anime are better in the japanese versions...the english voices make the characters sound dumb I think. And CN edits alot.

yeah, too much editing... I basically like all the anime on CN, cept Lupin the lll, Dragonball Z/Dragonball, Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Evangelion, Cowboy bebop and Outlaw star are the best though

the best thing about Hawaii is....cable!
Yah, so I got to watch cartoon network!
Trigun, an Coyboy Bebop, an Blue Gender an Big O!
I'm gonna miss it!
I've never heard the japanese versions, unless the songs at the end count. But while, that would be awesome, I would have no clue what they're saying!
I have a cd for learning japanese. but its the third and fourth lessons. Very confusing. See, Dad found it, so I don't have the other ones. *sigh*

I'm beginning to get into anime. I just passed the first obsessional phase, that involved roleplaying excessively and casting magic spells etc.
I've watched loads of Slayers - you must have seen Slayers, its ace! I've seen a few Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, and Love Hina. A whole new world for me to explore in the coming years. :D
