I belong to a gym and I saw a advertisement for a Sae Jong class?? Is that a version of Tae Kwon Do?? I would like to know more....Thanks for your help. I'm in the suburbs of Philly.

Sae Jong (Se-Jong) is the 23rd hyung/pattern in ITF TKD. ...named after Korean King, Se-Jong, who invented the Korean alphabet in 1443, and was also a noted meteorologist. The form represents the king, while the 24 movements refer to the 24 letters of the Korean alphabet.
