just picked this up (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0879516062/103-4608121-6212630?v=glance) the other day. Great read for all Martial Artists interested in the general history of the fighting arts.

anybody else had a read of this? What did you think? Personally, I like.
