Hi i been training for jus bout 2 yrs now and over the last 4 months or so hav been gettin really bad pain around the inner region of my hip.
It's painfull in my horse stance and when i try and stretch.
I've tried a number od different groin an hip stretches to try an ease the problem ( frog splits is nearest i've come to summit that helps) but nothin seems to do much good.
Can any of u suggest anythin?
Bare in mind i'm only 23 so hope it's not wear an tear :D

Osteopath, Chiropractor or Sports Physio!
Go see one!
Find someone good, and it'll be the best £££... you ever spent!
Best advice on forum from Mike Flanagan, or Yoda!

Or maybe lack of warmup...spend at least a 1/2 hour in light warmup
Or better yet, see a doc

Wot, just because you are young you can't overuse your body?
Survey says......... eh errgh!
Could be bad exercise practise, lack of warmup or weakness in your body.
Just because your young (Hey I'm 24) doesn't mean you are invincible!
