Is there a search facility on the forum? If there is not is there any chance of adding one?
Allow me to elaborate. I practice Goju-ryu karate with the search facility I would be able to put Goju into the reference box and all posts that have mentioned goju would be raised for my reading pleasure. I feel that there would be many benefits to this. Please excuse me if this option already exists, but I cannot find one.
Also a key to the abbreviations may prove useful, especially to the newer users. i.e:
LOL = Laugh Out Loud
etc. I don't know where you could put it put sometimes I am left rather puzzled by some peoples abbrevaitions.

Kind of embarrasing, cos there is/was a search function, but I can never find it myself.
The sites getting 'vamped' up so I'll mention it to the team mate.
Better still there is an old thread somewhere with all these abbreviations.
There's bound to be a site somewhere which lists all the common ones, but in the mean time;
ROFL Rolls on floor laughing!
ROFL Rolls on floor laughing my ass off!
LMAO Laughing my ass off!
IMHO In my honest opinion!
BTW By the way!
These are the most common ones, but you also have;
MDHNN,HDHS? My dog has no nose, how does he smell?
IDLYGA I don't like you, go away!
CIRAD? Could I reccomend a Dentist?
SADDAMHUSSEIN Silly Arabs deal death however United States end it now!
Just joshing.

ROFLMAS (is that it? I think you missed the last couple of letters)
I am familiar with some of them. Not so familiar with the less common ones though:D
I am glad the suggestion was not in vain.

The search option is in the drop down "Forum jump" box that appears in your USer CP and at the bottom of the forum you're looking at.
For some reason it's not on the main forum page - maybe it should be?

Oh Yes, I see it now. I was looking for it at the top of the page where the links for home, magazine, forum, etc are. Thanks Yoda but I agree that maybe it should be in a more obvious place.

There is a search on the home page under the title web site search. You can still see who is online and where by clicking the title online users. :)

Telsun,
it is to do with the number of posts you have submitted. 0-30 is a 'junior member' and 31-100 is a 'member'. 100+ is a 'senior member'. 26 more posts and you will have fame and recognition beyond your wildest dreams. You can also change your title to whatever you fancy.
