This style is very powerful. Some people feel strong vibrating energy flowing along the arms like a wheel right away. Some people's bodies are cleansed of toxins, and blockages when first begginning.

Wow... Thanx :D
I would strongly suggest you use text as an adjunct to beginning any kind of meditation and seek out the guidance of somebody in person for the main body of your training. It's that important, and without it, you can often do more harm than good.
Good luck!

Well said. More harm than good. I see this happening all the time. People get carried away and start to do strange things. Result they end up frying themselves. Fire is energy and energy is fire, and both BURN!
For instance my master told me to forget about trying to open the third eye without close supervision if happened that you are not a psychic and therefore it hasn't been opened naturally.

So, you are saying, that it is dengerous for my mind to do meditation without instructor  I'm just sitting, doing dan-tyan breathing, and counting those brithings (zen-meditation).

Thats what you think your doing, trouble is when you don't know, you don't know what your doing. It's not that it's necessarily dangerous in the obvious sense of things but breathing techniques should be taken seriously and expert guidance should be present or atleast consulted before you get stuck into advanced techniques. If you are just closing your eyes and doing basic relaxed breathing with a bit of visualisation then fine, thats no biggy.
