Wolfe Lowenthal's book?

Brilliant.

I got it shortly after starting to study taiji. Ireally enjoyed it.

Re-read it a few months later and realised that I had missed stuff. I just did not understand it til then.

Re-read it a year later, and there was still stuff in their to learn.

I like it in that it does not tell you the mechanical movements of taiji, but how taiji can be applied to daily life. Helping us to become more balanced mentally and physically.

There's some great insights in to what Cheng Man Ching was like at the time as well.

I really enjoyed and continue to enjoy this book. It is looking a little battered, but it is the most read of my taiji books by a long way.

P.S. I have a copy of Gateway to the Miraculous signed by Wolfe as well. Another great book, but again the more you learn about taiji, the more the book makes sense.
